These pages are also available to retail customers in limited capacity for product and pricing information. Orders are placed and processed exclusively through authorized dealers: TTP-SELLER or www.surfshoponline.de
The following information applies to listed dealers who have entered into a B2B delivery agreement with TTP.

The shipping costs are calculated from handling rate + logistics rate and are calculated per order:

DE - TTPpaketlang GLS / DHL with overlength from 130cm = 25,00 Euro
DE - TTPSpedition BURSPED (Truck forwarder) = 35,00 Euro (shipment to German Islands = 250,00 Euro)

EU - TTPpaketdienst UPS / GLS / DHL = 9,00 Euro
EU - TTPpaketlang GLS / DHL with overlength from 130cm = 25,00 Euro
EU - TTPSpedition BURSPED (Truck forwarder) = 50,00 Euro

GB - TTPpaketdienst UPS / GLS / DHL = 9,00 Euro
GB - TTPpaketlang GLS / DHL with overlength from 130cm = 35,00 Euro
GB - TTPSpedition BURSPED (Truck forwarder) = 100,00 Euro
(GB Islands and remote areas have a surcharge)

AT, BE, CH, CZ, DK, FR, GB, NL, PL, SI, SE, LU, HR = 10%
FI, GR, IT, ES, PT, SK = 0 - 1000 Euro = 20% / +1000 Euro = 10% / +5000 Euro = 5%
IR, HU, RO, BG, LT, LV, EE, MT = 0 - 1000 Euro = 30% / 1000 - 3000 Euro = 20% / +3000 Euro = 10%

No shipment to: Norway

Tese rates are covering packaging, packaging return and shipping costs to the retailer or their end customer (dropshipping).
Shipping to islands or remote regions may incur additional costs.
The sale or shipping is "ex warehouse" and is not insured.

Insured delivery:

Deliveries can be optionally insured against damage or loss. The surcharge is 3% on the value of goods (wholesale price).

Information for affiliated dealers (TTP Seller):

In the article data, each article is given an identifier with which the shipping costs in your online stores can be controlled. We provide the following shipping classes in the article data:
TTPpaketdienst - for normal parcels via UPS and GLS
TTPpaketlang - for parcels with much volume or above 100cm length
TTPSpedition - for bulky goods by truck like Surfboards and "Coffin" Boardbags

Notes on delivery address, tracking information, shipment notification:

Please enter the delivery address without line breaks and special characters. Always enter a phone number of the consignee with country code and without spaces (+491721234567), also enter an e-mail address of the consignee. Bulky goods shipments (surfboards) will be notified by SMS to this phone number to arrange an appointment for delivery, without this appointment the shipment can not be delivered.

Tracking data for the shipment will be sent by us to the consignee and to the client (dealer), and can also be found on www.tt-project.com under MY ACCOUNT.

Cancellation and return delivery

If a commercial customer or its end customer withdraws its order through revocation or return, Tekkno Trading Project GmbH reserves the right to decide on the procedure and to inform the customer about the further procedure regarding the procedure. In case of revocation or return, all transport costs, packaging costs, logistics costs, depreciation of the goods shall be borne by the customer. Tekkno Trading Project GmbH calculates these costs further or as a lump sum. In the case of return deliveries, Tekkno Trading Project GmbH reserves the right to deduct the goods in the amount of a logistics flat rate and / or a percentage of the net value of the goods, irrespective of whether the goods were returned free domicile.
